The process of progressing a website from initial idea to final product consists of several stages

During the Design Phase, preliminary designs, concepts, and layouts are crafted in Photoshop for your approval. However, the process of refining every detail of the design extends well into the development stage. We account for all device types during the design phase to prevent the introduction of poorly conceived elements. Since the same team handles both coding and visual design, there's no risk of miscommunication or anything being 'lost in translation' - a common issue between designers and developers. Additionally, we spend time visualising from your visitor's perspective, ensuring a logical flow through the website and a clear path to the desired outcome.

The Development Phase ensures continuity if you have an existing website, with no disruption to your service. Aurora will construct the new website on a temporary URL, allowing all stakeholders to monitor progress and see real-time developments. Nevertheless, some work - particularly during the initial stages - will occur offline.

The final stage is Going Live. When all parties are satisfied that the site is ready and it has been thoroughly tested across various devices and web browsers, we will redirect the domain to the new website, signifying the completion of the initial transition.
